10 Free Features

The first ten people who reply to this journal will be featured in it. I'll list my favourite three pieces from your gallery and a comment about each. I'll also write my overall impression of your gallery and style.

In return you have to either have done this meme (leave a link to it in your comment) or do this in turn for ten other people. (No, you don't HAVE to, but you definitely can if you want. XD)

:bulletred: :iconyourtoesaremissing:

The Mermaid [link] : I looove this one. I love the art nouveau style, and I think it looks awesome in this picture. And the colors and details are epic. It makes me want to go draw art nouveau pictures. XD

Angel Pumping Gasoline [link] : I think this is like, my favorite Savannah-picture. XD The imagery, the colors in the skin, the idea itself, all of it is just awesome. I love it. XD

For the last one, I'm torn between two pictures. XD Tell Them it's Movement [link] and Mother Crow [link] are both REALLY awesome, so I will do one for each. XD The first is awesome because of the composition with the shapes and the idea in general. I love the birds and the wings on the girl, and the colors are perfect. And Mother Crow is just really simple but really amazing, too. The textures and type work really well with it, and it's also Thrice, so it's awesome. XD

CreatureArt's style is so cute and so much fun, but also versatile. From serious pictures to funny pictures, the style works well, and her animations are absolutely charming. XD

Beach Days End [link] : I love the colors in this! The techniques used in coloring the ocean are excellent, and the characters are well drawn. I love the mixture of the more serious character with the silliness of the character buried in sand--it makes for a very nice effect. XD

Penguin Ninja Test [link] : This is too, too cute. XD A VERY well animated flash + an educational "game" of sorts + cute penguins = SUCCESS.

Redemption Final [link] : I know someone else already featured this one, but it's just so GOOD. XD I can't imagine how long it took, but everything runs so smoothly, and the music chosen is perfect. Really great work!

:bulletblue: :iconyeshua-knight:

YK has a pretty neat gallery! From writing to paintings and sketches to photography, it maintains a nice balance between a few different mediums.

Steelple at Sunset [link] : This is a really beautiful photograph! The contrast between the dark steeple and sunset is really gorgeous, but the hint of light on the other buildings adds something to the image as well.

Arches [link] : This one has got a pretty neat composition! The shadows fall across the image nicely, and the arches themselves are neat to look at.

Invasion of Light [link] : This is a really cool picture. I love how the sun is just coming through the trees but is so bright at the same time. Very well done!

:bulletred: :iconkuro-mizu:

Kuro-Mizu has a great gallery full of creative ideas and interesting characters. His talent with vectors carries over into his digitail painting techniques, making a wonderful gallery to look through!

Water Element [link] : This one actually caught my eye because of the amazing way the water looks to have been colored--it's very believable! The shading is very well done, and the incorporation of green into a water picture works really well!

TAGR EVOLUTION concept [link] : This piece really shows Kuro-Mizu's skill with vectors. I especially like the way the smoke was portrayed, with only the outline showing. The bold lines are also a wonderful aspect of the work that make it stand out. A really great vector piece!

Hulk REUPLOAD [link] : Even though this piece is a collab., he really added some neat texture and style to the piece, not to mention depth with the coloring! A very well-done collaboration!

Hello!

You certainly don't have to feature me, though I wouldn't mind the publicity and this meme would be far better than my current journal front page.

I just hopped over here from The Art Grind at LJ. I really love your skill at drawing Sophia, and I'm interested in seeing some of your other work.

As for the stuff in my dA gallery, it's vastly different from any of the sketches I've submitted to Art Grind so far. Hmmm... perhaps I should do a speed draw of my character with oil pastels...
